Richard has provided strategic counsel to high-profile clients, including world champions of sport, CEOs, billionaires, political leaders and heads of state. His leadership has led to aggregation of billions of dollars in assets measurably across a half a dozen ventures.

Richard is the author of two program certificate programs at Schulich School of Business (Executive Development division) Marketing and Selling Wealth Management Services and The Wealth Management Program. He is the creator of an Urban Financial Life Philosophy, fusing research areas such as performance psychology, happiness economics, behavioural finance and investor resilience.

As the head of The Global Financial Life Research project, Richard is pioneering efforts to explore the evolving relationship between people and their advising professionals given their newly emerging financial lives and futures. His work equips professionals and institutions with data-driven insights and innovative strategies to navigate the future conversations on matters of money, wealth and worth. Richard operates from offices in New York, Toronto, and Miami.
